Adam Burgasser


Adam as Sganerrelle

 Adam Burgasser is a 5th-year graduate student in the physics department, planning on obtaining his Ph.D. before the age of 30.  Adam's theater career blossomed soon after dating a costume designer in college, and graduated from UC San Diego with a major in physics and a minor in theater.  His ten TACIT appearances include MacDuff in Dogg's Hamlet, Cahoot's Macbeth; Exeter in Henry V; Sganerrelle in The School for Husbands; Talthybius in The Trojan Women; Gratiano in The Merchant of Venice; and most recently Ejlert Lovborg in Hedda Gabler.  You may also have seen him on the Love Connection once or twice, but he denies it adamantly.  In his spare time, Adam is a water creature, coaching the notorious Caltech Diving Team, swimming with the Master's program, and teaching surfing lessons to unsuspecting beginners.  Occasionally he does a little research on the side.
