There is a possiblity to get advanced peroal but it's tough and it
must be emergency based. To secure things up, you can try to apply
for reentry visa in Mexico or Canada since you don't have to surrender
your I-94 and can use it to reenter the USA by walking across border
from other side, in case your visa is denied.
