When does the recruiting program operate?
Caltech has a very simple recruiting calendar, as illustrated in the following table.

Ph.D. recruiting only
November - March
Recruiting for all degree levels
April
Recruiting for all degree levels if needed
Fall 1998 Recruiting Season - Important Dates
October 5 -- PhD recruiting begins
October 28 -- Recruiting for all degrees begins
December 10 -- Fall recruiting ends
Spring 1999 Recruiting Season - Important Dates
January 4 -- Spring recruiting begins (all degree levels)
February 18 -- Career Day
March 12 -- Spring recruiting ends
