Who can participate in this program?

You can participate in on-campus recruiting if:

You are a current regular student or postdoctoral scholar at Caltech, or a Caltech alumnus/a of 1998 who is not employed in a career position
You will graduate within 15-18 months (Ph.D.) or 6-12 months (B.S./M.S.) [alumni excepted]
You have participated in a Recruiting Orientation workshop and submitted a Student Acknowledgment of Recruiting Policies form.
You meet all company requirements.

The Recruiting Orientation

Recruiting Orientations are held before the fall term begins for PhD-level candidates and at the beginning of the fall term for BS and MS candidates. They are designed to explain the processes and procedures of on-campus recruiting. It is important that you attend one of these orientations as more information and strategies are provided in the "live" sessions than can be included here online. Whether you attend a workshop or complete the online version, you must come into the CDC and complete and sign the Student Acknowledgment of Recruiting Policies form. Candidates are encouraged to attend a workshop early.
