What is a signup folder?

There is one signup folder for each company, and each folder contains two important documents:

1. Interview Schedule Sheet(s)

The interview schedule sheet has on it:

    • the company name
    • degrees and options recruited
    • the company's citizenship requirements
    • the location of the interviews
    • date/time/location of information meeting (if any)
    • the name(s) of interviewer(s) if available
    • whether a special application is required
    • whether the CDC has any take-home literature from the company
    • any special requirements the company has
Signup Sheets

In addition, the interview schedule sheet has the actual interview time slots where you will sign your name in order to reserve an interview.

Pay special attention to the company's citizenship requirements, which are indicated on a fluorescent sticker. It is crucial that you examine these requirements before signing up for an interview. If you do not meet the citizenship requirements, you will be removed from the list and notified via e-mail. More detailed information about citizenship requirements is in the following section, "What do I do if there is a citizenship requirement?"

2. Position Information Form(s)

The signup folder also contains any Position Information Forms which the company has completed, one form for each position. This is the same information that is located in the Campus Recruiting binders discussed above. If the company has provided us with any additional information about their job openings, such as lengthy descriptions, this information is also in the folder next to the Position Information Form.

Company Forms

In addition to these documents, it is very likely that several resumes of people who have already signed up will be in the signup folder. Please respect these people’s privacy and do not examine their resumes.
