B.H. Carriere&Associates is a professional, full service
immigration consulting firm dealing with all Canadian
Immigration matters with a strong specialization in
assisting people in obtaining immigrat visa(s) to Canada.
Barry Carriere has an extensive background in
the Canadian Public Service and private business
with emphasis on immigration. He joined Canada's
Departmental of External Affairs in 1963 and served
in Vietnam,Kenya and Ottawa. In 1969,he joined Canada
Immigration and in the following 20 years served in
a variety of capacities from Senior Immigration officer
through to Immigration Centre Manager and District
Administrator. He has served abroad as a Visa Officer
in London, England and in the Caribbean in Bridgetown,
Barbados. He has reviewed and decided literally thou-
sands of immigration cases in his public service career.
Mr. Carriere is a founding member and past Director of the
Organization of Professional Immigration Consultants(OPIC)
, a national organization dedicated to the maintenance of
integrity and standards of conduct in the immigration
consulting industry.
