Thank you for your advices. Since I used the "reply to all" function, so
the sender has definitely received my message. Actuall, he/she has sent
back a response to me.

I absolutely agree with you, but I'm afriad that it's very difficult to
post some restrictions on who can send mails to this net, since this will
bring a lot of unconvenience to the users (USTC folks and other people
who have good faith in using it). My suggestion is, when we receive such
kind of mails, respond to them and express our opinions clearly! When
those guys learn that they can get nothing from us, they will
automatically stop sending such mails to us.
