A friend of mine, Feng Lichen( 854 then 8515), askd me to drop a message
for him to seek some kind help. he is now applying for admission and
financial aid to the Economics dept. at the following Universities:
U.of Michigan
Washington State U.
Florida State U.
South Illinois at Carbondale
Ohio U.
But, he hasn't received any information concerning assistanceships till
now. So he hopes some of you at these universities could give him a hand to
confirm his application status.
