About the Ombudsperson

Ornah Becker assumed the post of Caltech's Ombudsperson in September 2005. She holds a BA in psychology from UCLA, and is a graduate of Harvard Law School. Prior to joining Caltech, Ornah held a variety of positions in the fields of employment law and alternative dispute resolution. She brings to this position two decades of experience in workplace issues as well as skills as a counselor, mediator, and investigator.
