Below is a link to a .zip file (4M) with a night's worth of EEG sleep data. The electrodes were connected to the side of the forehead 2cm above outer side of eyebrow, and the contralateral mastoid (behind the ear).
Click here to download the .zip data file
The zip file contains 94 files with raw data encoded in hex digits. Each file contains approximately 5 minutes of data. To convert the files into a useful format, you can download the following matlab routines. (You will need to modify them to use the correct filepath where you have stored the unzipped data).
Alex and Gabriel should have the 'ground truth' classification provided by the chief sleep technologist at the Huntington Hospital Sleep Disorder Lab. If you have questions/problems using the data or matlab files, contact me at the address below and I'll try to help. Good luck recognizing sleep stages!!!
