Heather no longer works for ITS, but many other people do.

Previously she managed the group which operates the campus network, dialup services and nameserver as well as the central Unix cluster (supporting interactive logins and services such as email and web).

After leaving Caltech in January of 2000, she moved on first to idealab!, then CENIC and finally the University of Washington where she is now a software developer in the Network Management Tools team.
