Under each of the major categories are individual job descriptions that include information about:

• application materials
• application deadlines
• citizenship information
  • US = U.S. citizenship required
  • PR = at least Permanent Residency required
  • F1 = open to all students including International students
• class level and options, or interest areas, i.e., business and pre-med

Some job descriptions are marked with the medical symbol. This indicates positions that may be of special interest to pre-med students, but each of you should check the options listed as some companies advertise a very broad range of option areas.

Information sent by the organization is kept in a company folder filed in the Recruiting Library - each position detailed in the Newsletter will have its own folder. Please leave one copy of everything as an original; we will happily let you photocopy any materials you need.

We will help you mail your application materials. The process is simple:

• decide the companies in which you are interested
• check the company folder for the application materials
• complete the application package and put it back into the company folder
• put your name on the Resume Submission/Position Interest Sheet on the inside front cover
• once a week, we will forward all complete application packages.
