Analog Artist Step-by Step       (see Disclaimer )

This tutorial is intended to introduce you to two Cadence Software tools. Composer for schematic capture and Analog Artist for simulation. These tools are intended for use in integrated circuit design.   These tutorial steps are not meant to be all encompassing.  The tools have many features and shortcuts which you will learn with experience.  Once you finish , you should be able to simulate most CMOS and bipolar circuit homework assignments.   The waveform window and calculator are  very useful in analyzing the data obtained from the simulator.  Please refer to the online documentation for details.

For more detailed information on any of the Cadence tools please reference the online documentation. Type openbook at your command prompt and follow the links to the IC Tools.
