The library is open to all students.
The books/CDs/tapes currently in the library have been donated to ARCA by the Department of Romanians Abroad, which is part of the Romanian Government.
Currently the library is located in the Jorgensen Building, Room 160C. To borrow books or put a book on hold (for no more than one week) please email arca#its.caltech.edu (replace # by @) and put the word Library in the Subject of your email.
There is a $10 anual fee for using the resources of the library. The money will go to the Association of Romanians at Caltech (ARCA) and will be used to make more materials available (convert PAL tapes in NTSC format, etc), to provide you with better service and buy more books.
